Service Agreement – SignMeNow.ca

1. Installation and Removal:

Only SignMeNow.ca employees are authorized to install or remove rented equipment.

2. Maintenance Charges:

Any call-out for signpost repair due to theft, vandalism, or other non-SignMeNow.ca issues will incur a maintenance fee.

3. Free Maintenance:

Faulty installations will be promptly repaired by SignMeNow.ca at no cost.

4. Rental Term:

The rental term is 3 months maximum and is considered complete on the end date.

5. Renewal Terms:

Renewal options are available after the initial 3-month term expires.

6. Lockbox Servicing:

Lockboxes will be serviced 7 days a week. In case of a faulty lockbox, a replacement will be provided as soon as possible.

7. Lost Keys:

SignMeNow.ca is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen keys. The homeowner must safeguard them and report any tampering or damage promptly. .

8. The Customer Shall:

Pay all invoices upon service completion. Installation Instructions: Provide detailed instructions, including: Listing address. Site markers for signpost placement. Utility/sprinkler line locations. Contact info for installation coordination. City By law: Client requesting sign install is permitting Sign Me Now to install his/her sign and is permitted to do so and is compliant with all city by laws. Post-Sale Notification: Notify SignMeNow.ca promptly after the sale for signpost removal. Pay all invoices upon service completion.


Cancellation / Refund Policy:

Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled by email, phone, or text before the scheduled installation day.

Same-Day Cancellations:

Cancellations on the day of installation must be made by speaking directly to SignMeNow.ca.

Non-Transferable Rentals:

Signpost rentals are non-transferable and non-refundable after installation. The rental contract is considered complete upon signpost removal.

Follow Customer Instructions:

Adhere to all placement instructions, complying with regulations.

Safe Sign Storage:

Manage and store Realtor signs safely until installation.

Service Completion Notification:

Notify the client via email with photo confirmation upon service completion.

Lockbox Replacement:

Replace faulty lockboxes as soon as possible to minimize property access disruptions.
